BioThis is a fictional journal for roleplaying purposes. I am not Stranger, though I did make her up. I am not the lovely Ludivine Sagnier, who appears in the icons.

Stranger is insane. A combination of ill-defined and sporadic superpowers with a natural tendency towards loopiness has left her completely unable to distinguish dream from memory, and she's accepted that the world will never make sense to her and moved on.
Regarding those sporadic superpowers: she has a certain amount of influence on probability. If she flips a coin, it'll usually land how she calls it; then again, it may not. The ability isn't dependable. She has a few others hanging around, usually small things that you might see in dreams a lot, and invariably they cut out at whim; in general, the more powerful one is, the less often it crops up, but other than that there are very few restrictions. Examples that happen fairly often are minimal telekinesis (enough to throw a toaster around, but not a human being, say) and minimal levitation (getting a couple feet off the ground but no further). She also thinks she has precognition. It's an easy mistake to make when you're a decent guesser who can influence small probabilities, and are also batshit crazy.
As a general rule, if she claims to be seeing the future and/or things no ordinary mortal can see, she's hallucinating. On the other hand, if she claims to be able to fly, she's probably got her levitation on again-- Stranger has at least learned to distinguish which of her oddball collection of powers is working at any given moment, and can sometimes even tell when one of them is about to stop. Helpful, especially with things like flying or breathing underwater.
Also, one of her stabler abilities (perhaps even more dependable than the probability manipulation) is making small objects in her vicinity disappear into a storage space only she can access. She's a bit of a magpie, and will collect one or two of anything shiny and interesting she comes across, then forget about them until she rummages around in her space and finds them again.
